Recommended Applıcatıon Zones
- Pre-Decontamination: Surfaces must be thoroughly cleansed from dust, salts, and oils. We explicitly recommend polishing first with Materix Surface Cleaner. Surface must be 100% bone dry.
- Zonal Restrictions: Work in controlled grids. Do not exceed an area of 0.5 m² at a single time.
- Spray Technique: Spray from a very close distance at dense, rapid intervals.
- Volumetric Yield: Apply 5–10 ml per 1 m² (30–35 trigger pulls ≈ 5 ml). For supreme marine longevity, deploy 8–10 ml/m².
- Instant Curing Buff: Immediately wipe the sprayed surface with a clean microfiber glass towel. If optical ghosting or streaks remain, continue spreading seamlessly with a fresh cloth side.
- ⚠️ Environmental Parameters: For flawless cross-linking performance, verify that the glass surface is neither excessively hot nor cold. The absolute recommended temperature threshold is 5°C to 30°C.
